Kindle schmindle. You can't quite beat a kilo and a half of dead tree landing on your desk. Should make an ample paperweight / doorstop if nothing else.
Congrats on the release. At first I was worried about going Kindle only, but between the actual Kindle and the Kindle for PC app, I think it might even be better than the real thing (I have v1 in paper anyway). I read, highlight, and make notes on the train to work every day, and I use the kindle for PC app when I need to search for an awesome tip as needed. I wish I could "diff" the v1 and v2 books on the kindle and get right at all of the new stuff, but it is all good review anyway.

Thanks again for the book. Great work.
This is great, thanks!
One question though regarding the Kindle version - why is the Introduction tacked at the end? At first I thought it was missing :)
